I think I’m in! Not skipping everything, but definitely Caffeine, Dairy, Sugar, Alcohol and the occasional Smoke.

Yaowww! No problem letting go of sugar, processed foods, and white flour! But the caffeine! I am yawning all day !! Taking naps in the day, Going to bed early!!
